Saintzwar.com is owned and operated by Saintz Inc.™ & KEFern™ . The service of Saintzwar.com is provided to you (the Saint) for free under the terms and conditions of this document. By playing SaintzWar.com you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the policy set forth in this document.

Saintzwar.com makes no warranty that the game will meet your requirements or any specific purpose you have in your mind, nor that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor Saintzwar.com or any of its information providers, employees, agents, officers make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the service.

Saintzwar.com disclaims all warranties of any kind. By playing Saintzwar.com, Saintz understands and agrees to use our service at your sole risk.

Saintz agrees that he or she is at least 18 years of age.

Saint understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded is done at the Saint’s own discretion and sole risk.

Saint will be solely responsible for any damage done to the Saint computer or data loss due to playing Saintzwar.com. No advice or information obtained by Saint from Saintzwar.com and/or Saintzwar.com Development Team know as the "The Saintz", whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Saint’s right to use the service granted by Saintzwar.com is personal to the individual. The service is provided to the Saint only and is not transferable. Saint is entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password. Furthermore, Saint is totally responsible for all actions which occur under the account.

Saint agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the registration, which includes all information requested on original sign up. Validation code will be sent to the Saintz email address upon completion of the registration. Also, the Saint grants Saintzwar.com the right to disclose certain registration data about the Saintzwar.com Saint to third parties. If any registration data is incorrect, Saintzwar.com retains the right to terminate Saint’s account, and right to use the service.

The playing of this game and this terms of service are governed by the laws of the United States, and other Countries. In case legal action becomes necessary by Saintzwar.com as a result of any violation of these terms of service, jurisdiction and venue shall be proper in The United States.

Saint agrees not to resale or make any commercial use of the product. Furthermore, Saint agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from Saintzwar.com without the prior written consent from Saintzwar.com, except banners created for the specific purpose of advertising Saintzwar.com and labeled as such.

Saint agrees to indemnify Saintzwar.com against liability for any and all use of Saint’s account. The game allows Saintz to send messages to other player or post messages on the Forum or Saintz chat; therefore, Saint’s conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Saint will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any player, admin or other at any time.

Saint agrees not to transmits in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. Saint further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Saintzwar.com reserves the right to modify or terminate its service to Saintz with or without notice, which includes, but not limited to updates, changes, or restart of game or "The Bitch Slap of the Admins". Saintzwar.com shall not be liable to Saint or any third party of modification or termination of its service. Saintzwar.com may change the terms and conditions of the disclaimer from time to time.
